Return native WEBVTT captions with timestamps, or opt into AI fallback when captions are absent. AI supports videos up to 120 seconds; native captions have no duration cap. Requires a full public TikTok video URL. Missing captions or speech fails without a customer charge. Language selects available captions; AI fallback may return the original spoken language and does not guarantee translation. AI can mishear words: check important quotations against the video. Text shown on screen is not extracted.
