Scrollport sends credentials directly to the agent or connector, so you never need to copy an API key. You can also create your account on the web first and connect your agent from your dashboard.

How do spending controls and approvals work?

Choose an approval threshold and an optional daily cap in your wallet. Runs above the approval threshold need your permission. The daily cap bounds spending across all agents and resets at midnight in your workspace owner's timezone. Only workspace owners and admins can change these controls.

What happens when a tool fails?

You are not charged when a tool fails. Your agent receives a clear explanation and, where useful, guidance to correct the request. It can continue checking an existing run without starting or paying for a duplicate.
