What this API does

Twitter: fetch latest post comments (web) Retrieve one bounded result or page. Pagination is explicit; each follow-up page is another call. The catalog price is the maximum per request. Quotes use the selected limits; settlement is verified supplier cost plus 40%, with a $0.0025 minimum per successful call, including supplier waivers and successful no-match results.
