Get one Google Trends report per request: timeline, regional interest, related queries or related topics. Compare up to five keywords for one flat request price; related reports require exactly one keyword. Choose Google web, News, Images, Shopping or YouTube and a recent time window. Omit location_name for worldwide results. Interest scores are relative (0–100), not absolute search volumes. Zero/null may mean insufficient data, and missing_data marks incomplete periods. A completed sparse report is charged at the ordinary request price; failed requests are uncharged. The response explicitly identifies reports with no usable data. Shared Google Trends capacity can cause upstream limits; typical requests may take tens of seconds. For related topics, prefer web, News or YouTube. Google can omit related topics for Image Search and Shopping even for common keywords; choose related_queries for those searches instead.
