**About this tool**

Return at most 100 recent EDGAR submissions for one exact CIK with optional base-form and filing-date filters. Results preserve accession number, form and amendment state, filing/report/acceptance dates, XBRL flags, file identifiers, primary-document metadata and canonical SEC archive links. Older archive shards, filing submission, credentials and investment recommendations are excluded.

Value supplied for filed from.
