Updates one allowlisted block-type payload. It cannot trash, archive, delete, erase, retype, or directly replace block children. Always one upstream request at $0.0025.

**Errors and limitations**

- `invalid_input`: The block type or mutable field is not exposed by this tool.Retrieve the block first, then send one supported block-type object. Use the append tool for children.
