Appends up to 100 child blocks at the start, end, or after a specified child using the 2026 position contract. Always one upstream request at $0.0025.

**Errors and limitations**

- `invalid_input`: Notion 2026-03-11 no longer accepts a flat after field.Use body.position, for example {"type":"after_block","after_block":{"id":"..."}}.
