Creates one top-level task or subtask with a title, notes and optional due date. It never deletes, clears or reorders existing tasks. Always one $0.0025 request.

**Errors and limitations**

- `connection_required`: This capability acts on your own Google Tasks, which isn't connected yet.Open connect_url, approve the shared Google Calendar and Tasks connection, then retry this run unchanged.
